Chapter-a-Week Book Club begins

Want to join a book club for fun or to improve your reading skills but not have to read an entire book every month?

Join us at Westland Area Library reading a chapter of Hoot by Carl Hiaasen each week, and meeting to practice reading, talk about what we read, and ask questions.

Perfect attendance and perfect reading skills not required.

The Chapter-a-Week Book Club begins at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 7, and will meet on the first and third Tuesday of the month at 6:30 p.m.

Art Jam

Join us at 7 p.m. Wednesday, February 20, at Westland Area Library for Art Jam.

Art Jam is about creating art quickly from different kinds of prompts. Draw, paint, or write in a creative environment with others. Basic art supplies will be provided.
