Library Now Open Sundays

Southwest Public Libraries will be open Sundays, 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., beginning September 9. Both the Grove City Library and the Westland Area Library will be open for business, and Sunday hours will be year-round.

"Our locations will be open to pick up reserves, use computers and check out materials, said Library Director Mark Shaw.  "Programming will continue to be offered Monday - Saturday."

The addition of Sunday hours was promised as part of the November, 2010 levy campaign.  Favorable customer and community response in the recent library future study confirmed this decision.
